Zoom
Accessibility
Consider if you’re in an area with poor internet that you may wish to disable video in your meetings.
Security and Consistency
After you create an account set your set your PMI (Personal Meeting ID) This way the link will remain the same for all meetings you create.
If you decide to have additional chairpersons you can include them by turning on co-host to allow another person to help facilitate (or manage other meetings). It’s highly recommended that you use a different “host key” from the main zoom account for this access.
